O papel do orientador no contexto educacional

Resumo

O presente artigo primeiramente apresentará uma reflexão acerca do histórico da orientação no Brasil e as influências recebidas de outros países, após abordará sobre o papel do orientador no contexto educacional, as diferentes práticas pedagógicas realizadas com alunos, professores e toda a comunidade escolar. No contexto educacional, busca-se entender sua história, até a formação específica para executar a função orientadora, assim buscando responder o seguinte problema: Qual o papel do orientador no contexto educacional? Tendo como objetivo principal entender a sua organização, formação e atuação no âmbito educacional. A metodologia adotada na realização desta pesquisa foi de caráter qualitativo e bibliográfico, apoiando-se na análise de textos publicados, tanto na literatura especializada, como em periódicos (impressos e/ou disponibilizados no meio virtual). A partir deste estudo concluiu-se que o papel do orientador é de suma importância para a comunidade escolar, pois este é profissional que busca articular e se comunicar com todos, auxiliando tanto os alunos nos seus processos de ensino e aprendizagem, de aconselhamento, até os professores na busca por uma identidade profissional, e auxílio na sua prática pedagógica, além de promover a aproximação e participação da comunidade com a escola, também busca ajudar a equipe na construção do Projeto Político Pedagógico, para que possa melhor desenvolver e contribuir para a formação de um cidadão crítico, através de um ensino de qualidade.

ABSTRACT

Firstly, the following paper is going to present some thoughts regarding advising in Brazil and the influences from other countries. Then, it is going to analyze the role of the adviser within education and different pedagogical practices performed along with students, teachers and the whole school community. Having the educational environment as its core, the study tries to understand advising background as well as how teachers become advisers in order to answer the following question: “What is the role of the adviser within education?”. Its main objective is to understand how they organize themselves, their academic background and where they work when it comes to education. The methodology adopted for the following study is qualitative and bibliographical supported by a specific literature, or periodicals, text analysis (either printed or made available digitally). It was concluded that the role of the adviser is paramount for the school community because he/she is a professional who seeks to negotiate and communicate with everyone in order to help students in their learning teaching and advisement processes as well as teachers in their search for a professional identity and as a pedagogical practice aid. Advisers try to encourage the school community to get together and participate, as well as helping teachers to establish their Pedagogical Political Project in order to develop and contribute to form a critical citizen through qualified education.
