O trabalho com grupos no serviço social: contribuições para a intervenção profissional

Resumo

O presente trabalho visa problematizar o trabalho com grupos na intervenção profissional do Serviço Social. Mediante pesquisa bibliográfica de caráter exploratório, selecionou-se produções científicas que possibilitam uma apreensão do tema em questão buscando analisar as diferentes perspectivas que contribuem para a implementação do Projeto Ético Político e com isso delinear uma proposta de trabalho com grupos para o Serviço Social. A partir disso, constatou - se que é de fundamental importância apreender os grupos e as práticas grupais numa perspectiva critica dialética subsidiando a intencionalidade da ação profissional. O trabalho com grupos constitui-se enquanto estratégia interventiva no qual o Assistente Social deve articular as diferentes dimensões que compõem a intervenção profissional atuando com uma ação socioeducativa que visa a socialização de informações e a prática reflexiva dos sujeitos envolvidos, desenvolvendo habilidades de crítica do cotidiano e sua imediaticidade, bem como a capacidade de autonomia, possibilitando a transformação social e novas formas de sociabilidade.

ABSTRACT

The following paper aims to problematize working with groups in the professional intervention of Social Service. Through a an exploratory bibliographic research, scientific papers were selected that allow an understanding of the topic, seeking to analyze the different perspectives that contribute to the implementation of the Political Ethical Project and with that to design a proposal of working with groups for the Social Service. Thus, it was noted that it is of fundamental importance to understand groups and group practices in a critical dialectical perspective, subsidizing the intentionality of professional action. Working with groups constitutes an intervention strategy in which social workers must articulate the different dimensions that make up the professional intervention. They should work in a socio-educational way that aims the socialization of information and the reflexive practice of the subjects involved. In addition, they should develop daily critical skills and their immediate consequences, as well as the capacity for autonomy, enabling social transformation and new forms of sociability.
