A formação profissional na perspectiva da interdisciplinaridade e sociabilidade: um estudo sobre o perfil do aluno de serviço social

O artigo pretende discutir a questão empoderamento do sujeito ainda em processo de formação, para o enfrentamento das situações do cotidiano profissional. Também um olhar interdisciplinar da psicologia e do serviço social sobre a construção do sujeito coletivo a partir do autoconhecimento do aluno, estimulado pelo processo de ensino e aprendizagem acadêmico. Para o desenvolvimento do tema, as autoras buscaram fundamentos nas reflexões sobre a construção da sociabilidade e do autoconhecimento a partir da leitura do contexto sócio histórico cultural do aluno, observando elementos do perfil relativos a escolaridade e renda. O texto pautou-se nos resultados da pesquisa realizada pelo Grupo de Estudo e Pesquisa sobre Trabalho, Formação e Sociabilidade (GETES), referente ao perfil do aluno do curso de Bacharelado em Serviço Social (UNINTER).

ABSTRACT

The following paper intends to discuss the issue of the empowerment of one, still in the process of training in higher education, in order to be able to deal with everyday professional situations. In addition, it has an interdisciplinary psychology and social service point of view over the construction of the collective regarding students’ self-knowledge, stimulated by the academic teaching learning process. For the development of the theme, the authors sought the basis for reflections on the construction of sociability and self-knowledge based on the socio-cultural context of the student, observing elements of the students’ profile related to schooling and income. The study was based on the results of the research performed by the Study Group and Research on Work, Training and Sociability - GETES, referring to the profile of the student of the Bachelor's Degree in Social Work - UNINTER.
