Inclusão da Pessoa com Deficiência ao Mercado de Trabalho

RESUMO

O presente artigo teve como objetivo analisar a inclusão das pessoas com deficiência no mercado de trabalho, visando a contribuição do seu crescimento e socialização profissional, lhes trazendo independência e autonomia financeira. É fundamental a esse grupo social fazer parte do mundo do trabalho, com igualdade de oportunidades como aos demais cidadãos. Neste sentido, o apoio da legislação, como a Lei de Cotas e outras leis fundamentais que os apoiam e protegem da discriminação, é imprescindível. Também é necessário que recebam atenção, que os prepare para este fim, sendo que a conscientização da sociedade para esta temática, faz com certeza a diferença, facilitando a inclusão desta população nos sistemas sociais. Neste estudo, utilizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica para fundamentar a análise. O resultado final foi satisfatório, obtendo-se respostas para os objetivos pesquisados.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the following paper is to analyze the inclusion of disabled people in the labor market, aiming to contribute to their growth and professional socialization, and consequently giving them independence and financial autonomy. It is fundamental that such social group be part of the labor world, with as many opportunities as other citizens. Thus, legislation, such as the Quota Law and other fundamental laws that support and protect against discrimination, is essential. It is also necessary that they are prepared for this purpose, since the awareness of the society for this topic makes the difference and facilitates the inclusion of this population in the social systems. In this study, the bibliographic research was used to be the base for the analysis. The result was satisfactory since it answered the initial questions.
