O papel da familia no tratamento de adolescentes envolvidos com o uso de drogas e sua inserção no sistema socioeducativo

Na sociedade contemporânea a problemática da drogadição tornou-se uma preocupação mundial. Ressalta-se que atualmente é uma das mais frequentes geradoras de problemas entre as famílias brasileiras. O presente artigo tem por objetivo realizar uma revisão bibliográfica para avaliar a importância da relação familiar com os adolescentes frente a problemática da utilização das drogas , procurar entender os motivos que o conduzem a fazer  uso de drogas, sua inserção nas medidas socioeducativas, a prevenção e tratamento. Neste sentido, o método utilizado foram leituras bibliográficas com base em livros, biblioteca virtual, monografias e artigos. Com base na pesquisa ora realizada percebe-se que a família é o primeiro e principal sistema afetado quando um dos membros familiares passa a fazer uso de drogas lícitas e/ou ilícitas, e tal comportamento acarreta em consequências desagradáveis para a saúde de todos os envolvidos, fragilizando a relação dos mesmos. Tal situação se torna ainda mais preocupante quando a população alvo é o adolescente. Ressalta-se que no momento em que o adolescente passa a fazer uso de drogas, está buscando soluções para suas frustrações e necessidade de consumo, de atenção, carinho e amor. Daí a importância da família neste contexto. Verifica-se então que  o jovem drogadicto é o reflexo e a denuncia da enfermidade familiar que espelha em toda sociedade. E é a partir da identificação da drogadição no adolescente que se percebe a doença familiar que, na tentativa de controle, transfere o problema que é de todos. “É geralmente nesta situação de sofrimento e sem solução à vista que o grupo familiar e às vezes o próprio drogadicto pede socorro”. Com base neste enfoque observou-se que o uso de drogas entre os adolescentes tem aumentado constantemente e que a família constitui papel fundamental aliada às políticas públicas como da saúde, educação, assistência social para o tratamento de adolescentes envolvidos com o uso de drogas. Salienta-se que não temos o interesse em esgotar o estudo sendo necessário desenvolver novas e diversas pesquisas que possam contribuir com as famílias e com os adolescentes a enfrentarem esta problemática e garantir seus direitos enquanto cidadão.

ABSTRACT

In contemporary society the problem of drug addiction has become a global concern. It is emphasized that it is currently one of the most frequently generate problems among Brazilian families. This article aims to conduct a literature review to assess the importance of family relationship with adolescents in the problematic use of drugs, seek to understand the reasons that lead you to make use of drugs, their involvement in social and educational measures, prevention and treatment. In this sense, the method used were bibliographical readings based on books, virtual library, monographs and articles. Based on the research conducted now it is clear that the family is the first and foremost affected system when one of the family members shall make use of legal and / or illegal drugs, and such behavior leads to unpleasant consequences for the health of everyone involved handicapping the schedule listing them. This situation becomes even more disturbing when the target population is the teenager. It is noteworthy that at the time your teenager starts to use drugs, is seeking solutions for their frustrations and need to consumption, attention, affection and love. Hence the importance of the family in this context. It appears then that the young drug addict is a reflection and denunciation of family illness that mirrors throughout society. And it is from drug addiction identifying the teenager who realizes the family disease that, in an attempt to control transfers the problem that belongs to everyone. "It is usually in this situation of suffering and no solution in sight to the family group and sometimes the addict asks for help himself." Based on this approach we found that drug use among teenagers has increased steadily and that the family is central role coupled with public policies such as health, education, welfare for the treatment of adolescents involved in drug use. Please note that we have no interest in exhausting the study being necessary to develop new and diverse research that can contribute to families and teens to confront this problem and ensure their rights as citizens.
