Inclusão dos adolescentes oriundos do cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas de internação no mercado de trabalho

Este estudo propõe um repensar das ações que são implementadas após as práticas socioeducativas, no momento em que os jovens são reinseridos no convívio social. Buscou-se compreender os fatores que colaboram e/ou dificultam o processo de inclusão destes adolescentes infratores no mercado de trabalho. A realidade atual desses jovens é o da exclusão e da falta de oportunidades no mercado de trabalho, resultando na marginalização e no envolvimento com drogas. Uma possível solução para o problema abordado nesse estudo seria a criação de uma lei que venha regulamentar e garantir a inclusão dos adolescentes oriundos do cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas de internação no mercado de trabalho. Para se atingir tal objetivo, propõe-se a utilização das premissas nas legislações existentes, tais como: a inclusão de pessoas portadoras de necessidades especiais, a Lei do Estágio, o Menor Aprendiz, entre outros direitos garantidos por Lei. Assim, poderá ser garantida a cidadania social desses futuros adultos.

ABSTRACT

This study proposes a rethinking of the actions that are implemented after the socio-educational practices at the time that young people are reintroduced into social life. The aim was to understand the factors that help and/or hinder the process of the adolescents’ inclusion in the labor market. The adolescents’ current reality is the exclusion and the lack of opportunities in the labor market, which results in marginalization and drug involvement. A possible solution to the problem discussed in this study would be the establishment of a law that could regulate and ensure the inclusion in the labor market of adolescents from the fulfillment of socio-educational measures internment. To achieve this goal, it is proposed that the use of the premises in existing legislation, such as: the inclusion of people with special needs, the Law of the Internship, the Young Apprentice Project, among other rights established by law. Thus, the social citizenship of these future adults can be guaranteed.
